"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Along with the complex being HORRIBLY managed, the staff is unhelpful, EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I've had multiple leaks in my apartment (bedroom(twice), living room, kitchen) that caused damage to my furniture and other belongings. I called the office and once I began to complain about the leaks and voice my concern of possible mold due to health issues staff gave me nothing but attitude. I was then told yet again that someone would be out whenever they could. After a few days and no one showed up, I went in to the office to address the leaks and the endless maintenance issues. Upon seeing me walk through the door staff suddenly became so engulfed in whatever they were doing (absolutely nothing) that they didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge me. After saying "excuse me" to make my presence known, I was again met with attitude and hostility. My BEST advice to you... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"
"They have a problem with drug.Which means lots of traffic."
"This is the worst place I have ever lived. The management is rude and went through my car illegally without my permission over car insurance! We also have neighbors that stay up all hours of that night that talk, yell, slam doors, never cleans and they have bed bugs etc! The maintenance is horrible and you should consider yourself lucky if they actually fix something!! Also, there is no AC here! The apartments also have mold and management forbids you from using grills and you're not allowed to have visitors! I cloud go on but the list is long. I highly recommend not living in these apartments. They are not worth the rent or issues."
