"I went to bay pines October 6th 2021, got out November 7th 2022. Thanks to BPC I can live my life without being worried that I couldn’t handle something. I found coping skills and strategies that I can do on a daily basis without drawing attention away from this I love and things I love doing. I can live my life. This treatment program helped me be a better person today, I am Stella Sweeney of L’Anse Michigan and I’m proud to be here with the people who love and care for me."

"I was a resident here in 2003. The time I spent here are amongst my favorite memories. The bonds I made here Ive carried through out my life. I gained a formal education, met my best friend Megan, and have a million memories to smile about. It was a program enriched in community focus, and centered around empathy. This program raised me. ❤️ I am so thankful to Carey Kutha, Jeremy Weaver, and Alan Szukalowski for showing me healthy love, teaching me warmth, care and concern for the human condition, a good work ethic, team building, and the importance of accountability. We are all self made, only the successful admits it. I love you all❤️."

"I was locked up here 2016 to 2018 and I experienced nothing in the way of help there in fact the only thing that they seemed to want to do there was be corrupt and power hungry. The truth about this place is it’s nothing but staff wanting to control things instead of helping the youth and the “treatment” that they try to force us into doing they show no signs of it and are terrible role models for the “treatment” they try to teach us. I was personally assaulted multiple times there and the only way I could get anything through to them or get any respect from them was by resorting to extreme Violence I do not recommend this place for anyone other then the people who can handle themselves in a violent environment"
