"This place will rip you off and keep your deposit….i have the receipt for gas they said I didn’t refill and kept my 100 deposit…not too mention very poor customer service on picking up the equipment, they load it up but drag their feet as SLOW as possible as your time is being clocked. "I called there to see if they still had a dingo for rent and was put on hold the first time I called and was told she will be right with me….well after 15 minutes of being on hold I hung up and called back then was very rudely talked to and she raised her voice to the point I told her she needed to stop and then I asked for a supervisor and she says I am the owner NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSSINESS LADY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORD OF MOUTH ARE EVERYTHING AND THE WAY YOU TREATED ME WAS BEYOND REDICULOUS"

"Always have what I need at a fair price. When a tire failed on a trailer that we rented they personally drove 2 hours to replace it. Great service. 4 years later the mighty have fallen….. While I admit I made a mistake on the rental return of a trailer by bringing it back early, the customer service and rudeness was unbelievably wrong. They do not take any form of payment except visa and master card and were not willing to work with me stating that I interrupted her evening by taking her off the couch. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This was not good customer service."

"I only write Google reviews if and when they are deserving. So it was many, many years ago when I began renting equipment from the Grand Rental Station, now True Value Rental on 14 Mile Road. I have rented everything from John Deere tractors to jack hammers from Beth, Marisa and Hannah and have never had a customer service related incident. Believe me, over many years, I have experienced a few equipment breakdowns in the field, and Hannah or Marisa have always been there to immediately remedy the issue. Being 72 years old, I've been around the neighborhood and can tell you this; True Value Rental is one place that remains a pleasure to do repeated, repeated business with. The young ladies and staff technicians are very knowledgeable and probably know more about their equipment than most of us guys do. I highly recommend using their services!!!"
