The location was close to the downtown area with easy access to the super highway. Safety was never in question and we can highly recommend Stone Falls as a permanent or temporary home with or without pets."

"Don’t waste your money at this place. Rent is absurd, and only going to get higher. You get 1 tiny garbage bin, and if you leave it outside, you will be fined. Roads and sidewalks don’t get plowed in the winter. The front office does not care about your complaints, they’ll redirect the blame to somebody else. I feel sorry for anybody who lives here. I wish I could give 0 stars if I could. This company took over about a year and a half ago, prior to them taking over, this was an excellent place to live. They never empty the dog bag bins, leaving the place smelling unpleasant, especially in the summer months. Save your money and go somewhere that might have what you need, because I promise you it’s not here. I thought it was silly reading these reviews, and then I lived here for a year. It doesn’t live up to the standard of being in cascade, especially for the price you pay."

"Stone Falls is an awesome place to live. Very family friendly. Lots of things to do in the clubhouse. My son is constantly wanting to go into the clubhouse and explore. Staff here is amazing. They strive to make it a great place to live. They are great at communicating and are prompt to resolve any issues. Would recommend them to anyone!"
