"Do not apply here. They will take your $50 per applicant application fee and stick you on a wait list. They list their apartments online, then at the bottom in fine print, they say these are applications to be wait listed. Despite the websites saying they are available. Very misleading. I even called them trying to resolve the issue, and get my money back. I told them it is not right to use deception and charge the maximum amount legally allowed. He informed he could charge double the amount if he wanted. I told him he did charge double the amount, as he charged both me and my would be roommate $50 each. He said that amount is standard. Which it is not, as we found an apartment just as nice with an application fee of $20 total."
"This place is fantastic! My wife and I lived here for the past four years, and we had a great experience. They are always quick to fix things and make sure we are taken care of. Ted and Julie are great people! You get much more than what you pay for here. I can't recommend this place more!"
