"It's been made very clear that the company does not care about the people living here. Lots of black mold that is never properly removed and leaky roofs that won't be repaired, continuing and spreading the black mold issue. I would encourage anyone currently living here to contact the health department"

It's a very cute community, quiet and intimate-feeling, with lots of opportunities like a community garden and craft sale! They are environmentally conscious and even upgrade appliances to Energy Star before you move in."
