"Rented a Skytrak from them for a month. Apparently in their universe a month is only 4 weeks. Not a calendar month. Also the original quoted price was increased after we picked it up by $1000. We were told that a basket would be included as well. Not. The battery died in the Skytrak and we lost a day and asked for a day extension. Nope. Very poorly maintained equipment. Smoked real bad. Greedy money grubbers. Beware of this company."

"Rented a lowder backhoe after 30 minutes overheating they sent some one out need a part 24 hr later didn't fix problem the gauges read hot . they should have ck the thing out be for my rental long story short they charge me one day Rental for something that was not in working order"

"Jesse? should not have anything to do with customer relations whatsoever. Everything was 5 star but he gets one. I had 60 trees dropped on my property. So I called about a sky track to move the logs around. That the extendable boom with forks would be great. We had a pleasant 5-10 minute discussion about what i was doing and how the one I wanted was no longer available and what my options were. I explained what I needed to do and was recommended the skid steer. I asked about forks and was told yes they have them. I asked what it would lift and we decided that was best. So I requested a day rental over the weekend. 8 hours run time with delivery. Perfect. Machine was dropped off Friday evening while I was away. I came home to find the machine with a bucket instead of forks. I had two guys showing up at 7am to work for me. I called Saturday at 7:30 and they said they would send them right out. I called again 45 minutes later and discovered they had been delivered to the wrong address. They finally showed up 8:45 ish. The young lady was very nice and apologized. But I had paid two guys two hours each and we were unable to do much. Monday after work and after pickup I called them to settle the remaining bill if I had gone over 8 and gas and so forth. I was told 8.8 hours and gas. I suggested with the fork mixup maybe we could just call it 8 and flush it. He immediately became short rude and defensive. Said not a chance. I said I couldn’t use it Friday evening without the forks and was told the rental wasn’t for Friday so I wasn’t to use it until Saturday. What does it matter when I use my 8 hours if it is there all weekend. Told me I should have been more clear when I ordered that I wanted forks. (It was discussed at length and mentioned multiple times). I explained the two men I had to pay waiting for forks and his response was well you got the job done didn’t you. Again said I should have been clear when ordering. I said “I was” and immediately was told to have a nice day and the call ended. I would have had no problem paying what was owed but his immediate attitude prompted me to make my point. The delivery was great. The machine was great. Everyone was great except this guy. I still feel I owe a balance to them above the 8hr rental and delivery... But they can contact me for it at this point. It’s a shame I had more business to do with them in the future but I will pay a little more elsewhere for better service. I say again this Jesse I believe has no business dealing with the public."

"Rented a large tiller to do our 65x30 garden. It had a couple issues but one gentleman came out and serviced it for us so we could keep going. The machine still needs some TLC but got the job done. Easy after hours drop off as long as you let them know beforehand."
