"Modern looking neighborhood which allows for attached garages, decorative porches, 3 or 4 seasons rooms, landscaping, planting etc... The park manager Dave Landheer is a real down to earth honest man. Road is well maintained and common areas well groomed. Very attractive neighborhood to live in. About 80% of the neighbors are retired. Has city water, sewer, and home property taxes in the monthly rent, has natural gas connections, underground electric. Vary nice"
