"Was told that I was qualified to move in. Had an appointment set up then she never showed up. I called every day for about 3 weeks and no response."

"Nothing gets fixed and when does it dont get fixed right. Also the landlord is a jerk to her tenants and then when they get rude back to her she denies that she was ever rude. She'll be nice for a few weeks after u move in but soon as she has to do work with u shes rude as hell. She yelled at me and then when i yelled back and told her she cant expect people not to yell back at her she told me i was lying. Also she said we had 2 lease violations but we only ever received 1 for waiting a week more then when she said to report a job. But yet she still has done nothing about the 2 tenants that let there boyfriends move in but aren't actually on the lease."

"It was nice when we moved in with free rent for a month. Then my husband got a job our rent went up. It is 2 year later and I got a job. Now the manager Christine Thompson is demanding us to meet with her because I work 8 hours a week. Which isn't much after taxes are taken out. So if you move here be careful of the mean manager Christine Thompson."

"Amazing experience the first 3 months as I was acclimated to my new job. Now, rent is late for one week and they threaten to sue us for rent. 4 items sent by mail, taped to my door, and delivered in person to harass us. If you have money, no current job, and continue to get money, great place. Not a place to live for those wanting to improve their family. Still waiting for 5 months for them to fix our cable."
