"I lived here with my partner for 8 years with at least two different owners. Tim was absolutely amazing. Rent wasn't raised once during COVID-19 even though we were month to month while I was trying to find a job. When rent was increased, Tim worked with us to make it a manageable increase to market price. I interned out of state twice when we had to renew the lease and he was always understanding. As long as Tim is there, I highly recommend Pine Lake Village apartments."

"We had a great experience during our time with the townhouses at Pine Lake village. Tim, the manager, was always quick to respond and had great communication. The maintenance team- especially, Terry- was excellent any time there was an issue. They took care of the snow in the winter by plowing or manually shoveling early before residents would get up and worked hard to keep the area neat & clean for everyone."

As a business owner in Newaygo, I know that most reviews are only left by individuals that have had a negative experience. Most of us do not take the time to leave a positive review.
