"Hidden Cove is a great place to live! It is right on Mona Lake and literally every apartment has a view of the water (the sunsets are incredible). I love the little boardwalk next to the water. The nature around the property is wonderful and its overall just a quiet, relaxing place to live. Highly Recommend."

"I have lived in my apartment now for 6 years 2016-2022, and lived here also for a year in the apartment above mine for a year back in 2002-03. During the course of my residency management and maintenance personnel have come and gone, but the ones we have currently are very attentive and professional in what they do. They do their best to make your apartment feel like a home! They do not have a large staff so if your request is not emergent, please have a little patience. They will appreciate it and rest assured that your needs will be met as soon as is possible. We are 'family' here. I've been here as long as I have because of it."

"Lived here for just over a year, The apartments are overpriced for how poorly they are designed. Lived on 3rd floor, the patio railing was barely attached to the building. There was an insect infestation when we moved that took a while to get taken care of. Being close to the water was wonderful, however also creates an area for a lot of insects and spiders, could barely use the patio let alone the staircase down to the beach. The utilities are split by building, causing a massive spike in gas rates during cold season regardless of what thermostat is set at. Office staff was so unorganized that they double rented out the parking space we had to our neighbor, so we had to fight with them to park in the spot I paid for, since there is only 1 spot per apartment Neighbors constantly let dogs roam without a leash, Our dog was attacked by a Neighbors dog, and after we reported it to the office, they did nothing to adress or rectify the situation. They enfored a rule of renters insurance with deposit bond, but never used the coverage although I spoke with the office manager several times regarind it. Manager tried to scam us out of $500 worth of damages and never sent us a bill, which we had to dispute after it went to collections. The only decent think about the staff here was Mark and the Maintenance crew."

"I lived here for 2 years and continuously had issues with office staff. They charged the wrong account for rent multiple times, resulting in me getting charged fees by my financial institution. I had to go in to the office and sit with the manager to get this corrected after various emails and months of issues. When we moved out, we did not take the time to fully deep clean, and left 3 empty trash bags on the counter top. We got charged $900 OVER what our security deposit covered and I am currently in the process of disputing these claims. It has been a disaster and I have never had such a terrible experience with an apartment complex."

"We moved to Norton Shores and Hidden Cove Apartments about three weeks ago. We have been delighted by the property, the community and the front office and maintenance staff. The property is well maintained and cared for, both inside and out. Grassy areas to walk our dog, stunning views from our location on Mona Lake. Our balcony is 15 feet from the water. Every day we watch the ducks, swans and seagulls feeding and swimming in the water just in front of us. Gorgeous skies and sunsets! The apartment is spacious, including a large living room and open kitchen/dining area, large master bedroom with a fantastic closet and a large interior storage room. The community is quiet but friendly. The office staff, particularly Sha'Wana, were very helpful and responsive prior to and since our move here. The management seems to take very good care of the property. Curt from maintenance came to our apartment the day we moved in and was very helpful explaining how everything worked. He and Mark from maintenance have been extremely responsive to our service requests. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mark even bundles minor fixes together so he can get them done more quickly in a single visit. He works very hard and is both thorough, fixing things right, and fast. Overall our experience at Hidden Cove has been outstanding and we would highly recommend it to anyone else considering moving here."
