"Man I don't live here but the building manager seems really rude. Every time I come here to drop something off they run out of the building acting crazy and ask me why I am there. Like why is it any of your business lady? There's not even enough cars in the parking lot to mandate people park in the visitor section."

"The Manger was very rude and I heard a lot of bad things about them and she shares everyone's business with other renters being medical issues that's hippa violation ! They charge way to much in rent for a single parent they try to say who can visit and who can't also charge people to spray for. bugs when it wasn't even there fault"

"Me and my sister walked into the office, and the first thing said to us was hurry up this is my lunch break. The office was cluttered, messy, and smelled terrible. Will not be turning in any application for this place."

"I thought this was a wonderful place for my father to live. Nice spacious apartments in a quiet residential area just outside of town but still close to everything. Apartment was clean and modern, grounds were very well kept, if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. I thought the manager was wonderful. Respect the property, your neighbors and the manager and you will be treated like welcomed family. I would recommend this place to anyone that respects the property of others and likes things kept neat and tidy."

"Lived here for over a year now, outlets won’t hold plugs (apparently not only in my apartment but others as well). Love Montague, and the apartments themselves aren’t bad, the bad is the manager. manager keeps trying to get information on my neighbors from me everytime I go turn in rent checks or discuss a maintenance issue. She also gave out my address to people. Can only have guest 14 nights in a year, Babysitter gets harrassed by her if she’s here babysitting. Been out of hot water quite a few times now also. Can’t wait to find somewhere else."
