"Visited today with my son, and he loved this place! We've just arrived from the UK and this type of place for autistic kids doesn't exist there. Great!"

"We booked Carolyn the hairdresser as our son is very sensitive when it comes to haircut and she specialized with children with special needs. But our first booking was got cancelled because she said we have booked to the date which she was put of town. And it was okay since she notified me earlier. So we rebooked, and my son really did well with her so I booked again after a month, bit they cancelled me again,because she was sick so we need to rescheduled again, and it is fine since I really want her to do the haircut for my son. Then today, on our way someone from this office called me at 537pm. And our appt was 6pm. Of course we are very near to the location saying that she has a medical emergency that she had to cancel us last minute is really upsetting. That is the sad part here, If we are the one who will cancel last minute for sure they will charge us more for that, for them they can easily do that without even feel sorry. I am explaining my side to the woman who spoke to me that of course I am upset with the situation me and my husband both came from work driving for two hours, tired and even my son who came from school, then calling us last minute is really very unprofessional! I am so sorry but i didn’t feel you are really sorry talking to me. You are the one who cancelled us last minute but you are the one who did not feel sorry at all. I feel very sad with the hairstylist but I wish this was handled more professionally!"

"I took my grandchild here to get his hair cut because he is sensory sensitive. He enjoyed his experience. The stylist was very engaging with my grandson. She sang songs..played with him..anything to help him to feel comfortable with the cutting process. We will definitely be going for his haircuts here more often!! The facility itself is large. So don't let its lobby deceive you! My only let down would be that it definitely needs more sensory toys for the kids to play with. This place is an asset for any parent with sensory sensitivities or special needs and autism."

"Today our program went on a field trip to the play-place and I have to say it was a great experience for all of our students. Shell was so wonderful. She made us feel right at home and all our students were so happy and had loads of fun. Thank you Shell for giving our students a happy and fun time at your center. You are AMAZING! We will definitely be coming back here!"

"We love this place, started being monthly membership holders back in January, my son can just be comfortable as his autistic self and fully enjoys all the sensory activities. Staff is awesome too. I am really anticipating when they add ABA therapy as one of their services, we haven't actually used the hair cutting yet, as one can see."
