"I had an excellent experience with TForce. They delivered fragile products from Arizona to Michigan without any delays and or damage. They communicated well to set-up delivery and was on-time, friendly and helpful moving the freight up my residential driveway for my convenience."

"We have had to call multiple times and still a skid is on our loading dock we are going on over a week and a half and its always the same excuse, "we don't have enough drivers" if that's the case then don't take the pick up requests. its business 101. I will recommend my customers use a different freight service from now on if this is their preferred freight carrier."

"Worst freight company ever. A freight company that uses offshore answering services that cannot help you with any customer needs at all is ridiculous. I tried calling repeatedly did Detroit location with the Detroit telephone number and nobody all day long would answer a single phone call. I have never ever seen a company like this ever the answers zero phone calls. My Freight never got picked up the Driver didn’t follow instructions. And all I can do is talk to someone in a foreign country that can get nowhere. And I shouldn’t have to drive my Freight all the way to Romulus because they can’t do their job. Second-guessing whether I want to even put a shipment on their truck it may go to some country that I’m not even familiar with. He learned the response to all these ratings and all these complaints is a canned response. I would like to know anyone of you they got contacted by this company and that they write what they did wrong."

"If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This has to be one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever encountered and I have not idea how manufactures use this company being that every review on google is basically the same. We have a couch being delivered with TForce Freight as the delivery service the manufacture choose, I had to call them to schedule a delivery appointment, they gave me a ridiculous 7 hour delivery window 10am-5pm for yesterday. I moved multiple appointments and took the entire day off, just to have the company no call, no show. I actually reached out to them around 1pm asking if I was supposed to get a call ahead when the delivery team was en-route and they said yes. I then called back at 5pm when I hadn't received a call or delivery and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and being hung up on twice, they told me the delivery team didn't get to it and they would have delivery another day. I tried calling the local Detroit location roughly 10 times over the last 24 house and the phone just rings continuously with no way to leave a message. I did not receive a call them today at all to reschedule so I called them myself at noon to ask to speak with a manager to simply get this scheduled and again I was on hold for 40 minutes just trying to get a manager on the phone. Please if you are considering using this company for any reason, do yourself a favor and run, if you are a manufacture that is using this company, do your brand a favor and never use this company!"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ditto to every 1 star review I've read. Customer service is not helpful. They just repeat the same info that's already accessible by customers on their package tracking website. My shipment got delayed over the weekend, Tuesday rolls around and its still not delivered. I called customer service and they told me they don't have drivers. That's not my problem, I need my shipment delivered. Customer service tells me to call another number, no one picks up. I tried to leave a voicemail and the call system redirected back to the main menu so I hung up... Still waiting on my shipment to be delivered... UPDATE: shipment arrived 4 days late."
