"We had a delivery today in Livonia Michigan. Our experience was great. The driver's name is Aaron Woods. He called in advance and when he arrived, he was kind enough to put our package in the backyard. It was a large heavy package and it would have been impossible for me to move it by myself. I'm very grateful. Aaron was top notch!"

"Refrigerator delivered in the parking space and not at the door. Told he was only 1 guy. Was able to get off the truck but not to the door which was all on 1 level. Very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Customer Service was no better, kept given me different #s to call until I reach a # that only allowed you to leave a message. POOR POOR Lazy UNPROFESSIONAL Workers that don't care!!!!!!!!!!"

"Estes delivery company is terrible! They delivered my dining room table today and literally left my package in the middle of my yard. No knock at my door, no phone call, just a text message saying that my delivery was complete, but that was after they were already gone. I go to look outside and this is how my package was left..."

"We had a bookcase shipped to a customer and this is part of her email to me They refused to come down my street which is gravel although many large trucks come down it to deliver frequently. They did not say they were delivering it until that morning, calling me when one hour away. I work only 1 day a week. Thank Goodness a friend with a flatbed truck was there. The driver just wanted it off his truck and did not seem to care if just shoving it off the truck in front of our pharmacy drive through or blocking in the parked car of our employees was a problem. I have looked at the company's website and there are many complaints. I am not surprised. I personally nor will the business I work for be shipping anything else with this company."
