"My 2023 Chevy Tahoe with only 4000 miles broke down in Grayson Ky. and was promptly and professionally repaired by Pure Country Chevrolet, which is approximately 2.5 hours from my home. Since the vehicle was still under warranty, General Motors was required to ship the vehicle to my home. General Motors contracted with United Road to ship my vehicle. The United Road Driver was required to provide 1 hours notice prior to arrival at my home. United Road Dispatch called me at work on the day of delivery to inform me the driver was at my home and required someone to respond to receive the vehicle. Since they failed to provided the required notice, I was unable to respond and contacted my wife who works closer to home. The delivery driver did not speak English and pushed his phone in front of my wife and gestured for a signature and at no time did he attempt to inform her to inspect the vehicle for damage. When I arrived home from work, I immediately discovered a large noticeable dent in the left front fender. I filed a claim with United Road, who promptly rejected my claim due to the fact the damage was not documented on the delivery report. Makes it convenient to deny damage claims when your drivers do not speak English and can not inform owners of the requirement to examine the vehicle prior to signing. The delivery vehicle is attached in the photo and is not what I would expect for a professional delivery method. The truck was probably 20 years old and the trailer was something I'd use to tow my atvs. Most unprofessional company I've ever done business with."

"Horrible customer service- they will do whatever they have to to get your cargo secured and promise pick up dates and let it sit 2 weeks until they can broker it out. Horrible company to work with. Dont call me for my load again unless you want it on your moms face."

"Once again this company is taking advantage of Motor Carriers and dropped their average rates by $30 per car, no matter where the cars are going.. Taking $100 off a load of 3 cars.. the cars are already not worth what they are paying… people are transporting for them daily and they continue to drop the rates as more haulers sign up.. Example of ac company who does not care about the American people and focused on pure GREED.."
