"While both drivers I had were very friendly and prompt, the morning driver seemed distracted. Almost made illegal left turn with semi oncoming, delayed in driving when light turned green more than once. Afternoon driver actually said to me “was happy I could walk myself as he was tired of pushing folks in a wheelchair..take too long”. Complained about having to drive slower etc. And whoever replies to emails is prompt when you ask questions related to transportation. As soon as you begin to ask where your deposit refund is, no response."

"I highly recommend LA Medical Transportation Company!!!! The drivers are friendly, kind, and compassionate. They always treated my 92-year-old mother with dignity and respect when transporting her in her wheelchair to dialysis for about 3 months. With rehab, she is now able to get into our car. They really helped her and our family through a very difficult time when she became wheelchair-bound after several falls. The drivers were usually very prompt and always reliable. We knew our mother was in good hands. They often took extra steps to make sure she was comfortable during her ride like putting a blanket on her, driving carefully over bumps to make the ride smoother for her., and trying to cheer her up when she was having a bad day. We are very grateful for LA Medical Transportation for all their great service and support. If we need wheelchair rides in the future, we will not hesitate to call on them again!"
