"This is a horrible transportation service. They will leave patients waiting for hours to be picked up for their appointments. When you call the office, they will pick up the phone maybe one or two times and then they will stop answering the phone when you call the office back. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM AT ALL!"
"They are the WORST this is the second time they have been setup to pick me up for an appointment and didn't come the first time and the second time they were over 20 minutes late picking me up. I understand things happens but given a five day notice of the person you are scheduled to pick up and then there's no type of communication between company,Customer and Insurance is ridiculous and very much unprofessional. Dispatch said i will be over 12 minutes late for my appointment that they were told about 24 hours in advance."
