I recently took an old bike in to have looked at and possibly updated, and was very pleased to have such interest from all employees there to help me to explore my options. I ended up taking another bike in during the same time for a new tube and tire, where even the owner, Jeff, pitched in to help! A great group of guys, and a great experience!
