"Called for a rate quote. Someone answered the phone with something like "This is Michelle." I asked if this was TL transport. She said "Yes". I got one sentence in to asking for a rate quote and she hung up on me. What a terrible company."
"Terribly unsafe, TL Truck passes our vehicle on the shoulder and cuts him off, have it on video. Other reviews have already stated that their dispatch doesn't care if the trucks are unsafe. Not a company I would trust to haul my loads."
"I was run off the road by of your trucks in front of your building on Dequindre. It was at 6:20am on Feb 10th 2021. The driver drove right in front of me as he was making a left turn from your street. He did it on purpose and didn't care of the outcome."
