"Beware of using this company. First I signed a contract to have a car shipped. Zero communication unless I called them. Then they said that the person I signed a contract with no longer worked for the company and I would have to sign a new contract or wait 10 more days to have my car shipped at an increased cost. I originally signed the contract which gave them 9 days notice to provide me information. Not once did they reach out to me. I called them several times asking for details about my shipment and got the same answer to just not worry about it that everything was being taken care. Complete scammers. STAY AWAY.! Additionally, they said my car would arrive on Sunday and that also did not happen. Do not sign with this company. They would not help offset the cost even though the problems I experienced were completely their fault. Do not work with them. You have been warned."

"It's a total scam. I initially signed the contract for $850 to ship my car. They said they will provide the driver details 40Hrs before the actual date of move. There was no update from them. So I called them for an update. They said they will provide the driver details soon. Next day before the actual move I called them again. They mentioned driver demanding $1700 and my initial contract was cancelled (without notifying me). What's the use of signing contract then if you don't respect it. I didn't asked to cancel it. I just asked for an update. Cheap tricks to lore customers with eye catching price to ship the car. After multiple negotiations price came to $1250. I had no choice as I already paid deposit and time constraint. So I had to accept the negotiated price to ship the car."

"WARNING DO NOT USE This Company "The Circle Jerk" !!! I asked for a quote to transport my Benz, I gave them 7 days to find the best price for my move. I received a quote from IEZ ship for $350 ($150 deposit and $200 upon Delivery) from Susan White. After paying the deposit of $150, and just Hours before the move I received a call saying that they had to charge me $750 for my transport. I told them no, I agreed to $350. I was told they will do whatever to keep me satisfied. They then called me back and said they got a lower price of $500 upon delivery ($150 deposit and $500 upon delivery). I told them no, I agreed to $350, but ill go up to $450 but no more. After the circle jerk! During are discussions they pointed out line 14 of the contract, and said the price of fuel is high right now, (avg price of fuel is currently 5.568 and was $5.675 (.11 cent higher) on the day of my quote) I pointed out their flaw in the argument then they pointed out line 2 of the contract, and said they had 15 days to find a carrier. I told them, I will wait for the car to be shipped at $350, they said we have 15 days to find someone, I said, okay find someone. They then tried to be slick and refunded me $75 and are trying to keep $75 processing fee."

"If I could, I will give them a 0/5. This is a totally scam. They will text you and call you every day to make sure you sign the contract. And they promise they can find a driver really soon and in a lore price. But, after you pay for the deposit, they are not able to find a driver. I signs my contract in $1000 to transport my car. But finally, I have to pay $1780 to transport my car. The deposit is not refundable. And they have really few driver. They will transfer you to another company and the make the deposit money. If you don’t agree to accept that price, they will continue to find a driver to forever. So, if you don’t pay the the high price, you won’t get your car to transport to forever. Be careful about this company."
