"I highly recommend Exercise Warehouse in Utica, Michigan. I purchased a Horizon AT 7.0 on December 18 2021. Jim Kramer was my salesperson. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with my purchase. When I got the treadmill home and opened the box to begin assembly, I noticed some broken plastic pieces in the box. After sorting through the rest of box, I realized that several parts, including the control panel were damaged severely. I was really disappointed. I went to see Jim first thing on Monday morning and showed him all the pictures I took of the damaged parts. He asked me to email him the pictures and said he would contact me that day. Two hours later, he called and said they would be replacing the treadmill with a new one and delivering it on January 3rd. He believed the damage was caused prior to shipping to the store. The treadmill was delivered on time and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you Jim and Exercise Warehouse delivery crew."
