"I am a small business owner. We build hight end tables and have been in business for over three years. We decided to ship one of our custom made tables with Navis. Terrible experience. The table was damaged during shipping, something that as a furniture maker you expect to happen. However, they did not respond after the damage nor I receive the money for a new table that I had to send to my costumer. Terrible experience. As a small business I do not recommend this company to do business with."
