"The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Mispronouncing my name repeatedly and cutting me off. Asking me crazy questions like I'm being checked for fraud then tells me I have to bring my id before they fill my prescription. I tell her okay I'm on my way. She then calls me a few minutes later saying the pharmacist said they don't have the medicine that I need prescribed and to find another pharmacy. I've never had that happen to me ever. It really make the city look bad! Bring professionalism back please"
"Customer service was poor. The pharmasis had to do the job of the customer service, as welll as his own job...while Im standing there bu myself."
"If you bring in a prescription and they tell you it will be filled the next day. It will not be filled. When you show up, you get to wait an additional half hour for them to fill it. This has happened to me multiple times. They also are not familiar with drug coupons."
"They don't answer the phone, they don't do prescription pick up calls, very slow. Very inconvenient unless you are grocery shopping."
