"Went here to cash my payroll check that came from a citizens bank. They told me they don't have money to cash checks because they're in a Kroger, that all they could do was open a bank account for me and put my money on a debit card. I already have a bank account and they were closed, so I came to the bank where the check was issued and they're supposed to cash their own checks. But Like i said I was told no. So I went home and deposited my check in my bofa app and have to wait til Monday to access my money because it's the weekend and the banks are closed. Just be aware if you come here, they can't help you unless your a bank member."
"This bank took $1000 off my debit card for a cash advance. They didn't have tape for the machine and had to go to another branch to get some to complete my transaction. When I told them to cancel it, they told me the money would be back on my card in a few minutes.....that was three days ago. I'm still waiting for them to put back my money that I didn't authorize them to take. I called customer service and they blew me off too. I wish I could say this was the only time they screwed me over but it's not. My fault for going there to begin with for a cash advance. If I could give minus stars I would."
