"Been going here for 20 years, I send everyone I know here to purchase tires or to have tires they already purchased from wherever mounted and balanced for a great price. In and out quick nobody trying to up sell like the big places, most of the time you never need to leave the drivers seat. If you need a tire or 2 for a lease that's coming up on its turn in date, why pay a ton of cash for new or get severely over charged by dealer when Allstate has the matching tire with good tread for a quarter of price or less. 99.99% of the time."
"I always go there to get all of my used tires. I got a tire about a week ago and noticed my car was shaking. Today I tried to get a wheel balance and they noticed I had 2 wrong sized tires on my car.. I called back up to the shop and the lady told me that usually if they don’t have the right size tire they tell the customer. That wasn’t true because not once did anybody in that shop tell me they didn’t have my size, or I wouldn’t have gotten it. She basically said they don’t have the right size and don’t know when they will. Now I’m riding around with 2 big tires in the back and 2 smaller ones in the front. No apology no nothing. As much as I’ve spent at this place it’s crazy that that’s all I got. Won’t be back. Pissed is a understatement."
"I never knew there was such a thing as drive-thru Tire service... Allstate Tire is the bomb! I pulled in off 9 Mile road, the guys immediately grabbed the two wheels out of the back of my pickup, changed the valve stems, air them up, and put them back in my truck. A young lady then came out of the office with a remote debit card reader and asked me for $20. It was such a pleasant and painless experience I had her make it $25. I pulled right on through out the back of the building and on my way and never got out of my truck once! 7 minutes! You can't beat this place!"
