"More than 3 years ago I did a google search as I needed to find a quality bike repair shop, as my bike needed to be repaired. At the time this shop wasn't called Trek, but was a well respected store for decades. When I talked to the service people, they listened and instantly saw the problems I was having and within like 20 minutes made the repairs and I was on my way. The cost was modest, the service great. In the last year I finally bought a new bike and the sales person listened intently to the way I biked, my goals, the type of conditions I encountered daily and helped me pick a bike that has worked extremely well. In fact, yesterday I brought the same bike in for servicing because the seat stem wasn't stable. They saw the problem and in 10 minutes fixed it, no charge and I was on my way. I think what most people are looking for is a place that is designed to serve them, that they can trust will do what is in the customer's interest and will back up what they say. I see lots of people riding bikes, but I have no idea where they go for service and no one has asked me where I get my bike work done. So i figure the only way i can compliment Trek Bicycle Pontiac is this way."
