"The new management has really whipped that place into shape. I used to loathe shopping there because it was always more of a chore wading through the mess instead of a good shopping experience. My kids loved it tho. NOW, I enjoy shopping there. Its very organized and clean. The staff have pleasant attitudes & are very knowledgeable about their store. They have direct answers when you have a question to ask. Im leaving such a long review because they deserve to be applauded. Many businesses are using covid to take advantage of people or provide less services. This particular Citi Trends saw an opportunity for new growth and customer satisfaction. ❤"
