"My package was delayed, I knew there was bad weather so I gave them a pass. Then it said attempted delivery. Recipient never got a door tag, package could have been left at desk of apartment. FedEx did not attempt delivery, did not notify me as the sender. I called and got told recipient had to only pick it up at the ship office. Or it would be returned. Why ship it all the way back to me in Virginia when you could have driven down the road and gotten it to the correct place in Kalamazoo!? When the recipient picked it up the person at the ship office lied and told him they attempted delivery three times, but when she finally took the time to confirm when they tried, it turns out they never did. Why lie? Why treat customers like that?"
"The drivers will lie and say that you are not home just so they don't have to get out of their truck. I have a camera and there is absolutely no footage of the delivery driver attempting to pick up my package. According to the call center I should set my box that has a laptop and computer monitor on my front porch or I should sit outside from 9am-6pm to wave down any FedEx driver I see in hopes they are my driver."
