"I am a travel nurse and needed a place to stay for the winter. I rented a room at White Pines Apartments. At first things were a little less than great, but in the 6 months I was there, things have consistently improved!! The company had some struggles with prior employees as well as subpar tenants. I'm fairly sure they lost a lot of money, but they kept trying and have definitely turned things around! They have raised their expectations for tenants and are holding them accountable. It's no longer a free for all. They are great with requests for any help from tenants. They were very understanding when I had to leave a stationary bike there for a few days upon moving out. I received my security deposit check when promised and without any issues. I completely recommend this company for travel nurses, especially because they allow dogs. The rent and the pet deposit is more than reasonable. Thanks again for everything!!"

"Booked using them but through Airbnb. About a month from our trip and just cancelled. Not so much as a courtesy call explaining why, I had to reach out to be told that this place was double booked. That’s it. Now I can’t book an appropriate place that can accommodate our group since it’s June and we were to go in July. Nothing available. Upsetting."

"When we arrived there was not dock space for our boat.we called office.they said put it on dock next to full ones and we will get back to u if it's not ok.2 days later was told by dock owners to move boat from there private docks. The house was ok not real clean.cob webs on ceiling and lights.not a quiet place people knocking on the door to find out about pontoon rentals and boat shrink wrapping which business is below apartments. But they I guess by the number of people don't answer there phone or show up on time.and they let the pontoon people fill our parking area during the day so when we came back no place to park.workers and property office say it's not a problem. Maybe not for them but it was for us.also they should list there add on if u move any furniture they charge to move it back.if u don't take garbage out they add $50. And we surely would not of stayed there if we knew we have to be out by 9am. Normally 11 or noon.we even asked for later check out time and she said no the cleaning person will be there we have people coming in check in is 3pm.guess we did stop back at 10 and nobody was cleaning."
