"This was our first year using a time share we privately purchased. We were greeted pleasantly at check-in and provided keys and other information. These rooms are clean and are fairly well stocked with the essentials. The toaster wasn't great, and the coffee pot was full of grounds, but not a big deal. Furniture was comfortable, and decor was cabin style. Bed was comfortable, too. Actually, had maintenance in to correct issue reported by prior occupant. Nothing could detract from the beautiful surroundings. Lots of wildlife. There are boat docks available as well as boat, canoe & kayak rentals. Fire pits and grills are also available. Fishing was good but poor according to the regulars. Hiking and walking trails, too. Looking forward to our next visit."

"Great place to stay. Have owned a time share unit for over 35 years. Always improving and upgrading. They have pontoon boat and fishing boat rentals. They also rent bikes. Nice indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Beautiful lake view. We have a two bedroom unit, it has a full kitchen, full bath and 1/2 bath."

"DO NOT STAY HERE - the resort's predatory director will charge you for damages done by her employees or prior guests. Our room's sleeper sofa was broken when we arrived. I reported it. I was charged $894.64 for it. Stay somewhere else."

"I have visited the Minocqua area for years and this is my go to place to stay because I can rent the size condo I need depending on how many folks are traveling with me. The condos are clean and have that up north feel decor. I love the property too. I can see loons, eagles and deer while sitting on my condo deck. Minocqua lake is beautiful too. We love to walk into town too. The trail is close and it’s a short walk."

"I came ready for a "so so" week and left rather pleasantly surprised. The one bedroom unit was spacious enough that our four person family did not feel cramped. We used the pull out bed and an air mattress for the kids. Only flaw to the week is we left two messages for the resort coordinator and she never called us back. The rest of the staff made up for her lack though. We're already dreaming of next time. I'm including detail pictures from our specific unit as there were things we brought (and didn't bring) that had I known the resources available I would have packed a bit differently, nothing major. Also, there are some basic laundry units available, $1.75 per wash and $1.75 per dry. Biggest thing that bugged me at first but I've come to terms with, the front desk closes promptly with NO nighttime assistance available. If you're arriving late, call. The hours are NOT on the website (as of the first week in June 2022) so call ahead."
