"I purchased a Primary and Secondary STM clutches for our 2019 Polaris Turbo S in March of 2022. In May of 2023 on a ride the the secondary clutch started making a different noise. I stopped to check the clutches and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I removed clutches and found that there was severe damage to the secondary clutch. I contacted tech and sent pictures. I was asked if I ride in Sand mush wich I don't. STM tech felt that something caused secondary to wear excessively. Cover is always on when riding there is no damage to primary, belt, and clutch housing and nothing was in clutch housing. I asked tech on how long I could expect the clutches should last. Tech stated depending on riding style a few hundred to a few thousand miles. I have less than a eight hundred miles on my clutches. Tech told me that I would need to replace the secondary. For the price I paid I would expect more out of the secondary clutch. I would like to here back form STM on this Issue!"

"DO NOT BUY. Horrible product. This company shouldn't be allowed to be in business. I drive my can am defender as a daily driver and I got 1,500 miles out of these clutches. I got 6,000 out of stock. They will not back thier product, save your money. 3 other people in my area have this clutch system on the same machine and they have had the same issue. Horrible product and this company doesn't care if you have an issue. DO NOT BUY FOR THESE PEOPLE"

"If anyone out there orders from this company buyer beware if you ever have to return their product for any reason you will be forced to pay to have it shipped back as well as you will not get a full refund even after confirmation of the amount you are supposed to get back. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and just repeats herself that ita not her fault we have to send it back. Other than bad customer service their products are well built and worth the amount that is spent."
