"Everytime I come here the staff is rude and I end up wasting money. They nickel and dime you with repairs just to eventually tell you you need a new tire. I also bought a tire from them that went flat in a few weeks and instead of a replacement I received attitude. Go somewhere else...especially if you're a woman!"

"So I drive by this place today. I see guys standing around, no work. I'm from Ferndale and I need some work done so I figure I'll call and offer it. Hey I have 30 pickup truck tires that need replacing. I have 30 brand new tires that I need mounted and balanced with new valve stems. I'm literally going to be delivering wheels and tires to you to dismount, mount and balance. I tell him I'm currently paying $25 per tire. After calculating for five minutes he quotes me $1500. I guess he's used to those Ferndale marks. Keep paying your guys to stand around then. Coulda made 700 bucks for a day of work."

"Horrible customer service and over quoted. Got hung up on twice after trying to get a quote. I’ve worked in the car industry for years and these guys and stealing your money. Don’t waste your time. I have them one star because I had to be generous"

"Great prices on tire repair. I've visited twice and they've always been upfront and quick."

"I agree with Derrick Hanley. I'm pretty much having the same experience. I have probably spent around $800 on tires from this place. Which is actually a lot of money considering the fact that the tires only cost between $50 to $60 for new and or used tires. I just got a new tire the other day, and immediately within about an hour I got a low tire pressure message from my car. I filled it with air, and went on about my day. Needless to say two times again that same day that I purchased the tires I got low tire pressure messages, and I had to fill the tire with air. I got up early in the morning, and as early as I could I had it to the location to get a result for my tire. I was told that it wasn't the back tire, and it was the front fire on the passenger side with the nail, which could have actually been true. But I still believe that the new tire that I had received in the rear was also an issue. I say this because I literally have photos of the low tire pressure from my car, and my the two air pressure devices that I have. Today as I was out, I received another low tire pressure message from my car. I just feel like there is something wrong with the quality of the tire from this place continuously replace the tires. If I knew that I would spend $800 on tires that I would have to continuously replace, I would have just got a new set from a more established tier tire shop, and got a warranty so I wouldn't have to deal with this because essentially I paid the same price with all the replacement for tires from this location."
