"I contacted Matt & Andrew the end of November/early December regarding a move for the end of December. I had never used a moving company before & was unsure of how things worked or the cost. Matt took the time to explain things in full to me, he answered all my questions & never rushed to end the call. I kept in touch over the next few weeks & updated them accordingly so that I could get the best idea of what the cost would be. We sold our home & were moving not far but we struggled narrowing down the times due to the sale of one had to be done before purchasing the other, so everything would have to be done in one day…very complicated & aggravating for my husband & I, but Matt & Andrew assured us that whatever we needed they were there to help make the transition smooth. The 3 young men that would be moving our things (Chris, Christian & Tyler C.) showed up on time, assessed what we had & made a plan with us to be packed & on our way as soon as possible! They worked well together as a team & with us & our kids as well. They took care of our furniture by wrapping everything & safely getting everything we needed done. I can’t say enough about how pleasant & accommodating they all were & my husband & I are so grateful for the seemingly simple transition. "All 4 men were professional and friendly from the time they got there. Started out with 3 guys. Then about 3 hours later another guy showed up. It was a big and long job. They arrived at 8 am and finished at 8:30 pm. They worked diligently! Eric the lead guy did a great job. All furniture was wrapped in pads and shrinked wrapped. There were so many boxes. I had boxes upstairs, main level, and basement. Oh and the garage. I thought we'd never see the end! We were very pleased with Immediate Movers and highly recommend them. We were in a pinch because our closing day kept changing. The previous movers I had booked couldn't accommodate us with the new date. But it worked out in the long run. Thank you so much!"
