Val, the Manager, and David, who I think is an Asst. Manager, set an incredibly high bar for customer service. "Bought my tires there 2 years ago and was treated well. 2 years later, I needed one of them patched and basically given the run around. Came in yesterday and was told wait was 2 hours, which I couldn't do because of work commitments, but was told if I come in first thing the next day, they would get me right in and take care of it. I came in the very next morning, only to be told they wouldn’t be able to get to it, until the afternoon. I understand being busy, but if you're going to tell a customer one thing and do another, it isn't a good look. I'll likely go elsewhere for my next purchase and service."

"This Belle Tire store location is fantastic. I dropped my car off with the manager Rob and explained my concern about my left rear tire. He checked it out, patched it up and he also patched up a small nail hole in the other rear tire too…. he was professional, courteous and super helpful. I tried to pay for the service but Rob did it free of charge….would not accept any money. Very trustworthy service. I recommend this place to anybody who needs tire care ,"
