"Don't get there membership. They won't refund your money. They'll rip you off just like the scammers on line. I'll personally never go there again!!!!"

"I seldom leave reviews on Google, but I went into this GameStop for the first time today and I don’t think I’ll ever be back. Employees are aggressive, condescending and act like they don’t want your business. Best to order online through another retailer than to subject yourself to the Plainwell GameStop."

"Me and my girlfriend came over tonight at 5:45 pm to see what games was their but the cashier in a purple shirt had the door locked and kept the open sign on and kept on doing a gesture at me and my girlfriend to leave we were upset cause the store doesn't close till 7 and it was 5:45 and he also watched me and my girlfriend leave I'm sorry if me and my girlfriend did anything as in we just being regular customers but this was the worst experience I had I've been shopping at the Plainwell Gamestop for a long time and me and my family have dealt with rude customer service and tonight was my last straw I'm no longer shopping at the Plainwell Gamestop I'll go to Holland or Kalamazoo but I'm no longer going to the Plainwell location again the cashier could've and should've said that the store was closing or handled it better but he didn't I'm not gonna deal with a cashier who doesn't inform someone the store is closing plus again it wasn't 7 like the store hours say it was 5:45 pm tonight I'll go to Holland or Kalamazoo but not Plainwell after tonight"

"I personally used to come here a lot and not because I liked it but more because it was one of the only options, but anyway I recently was shopping for my switch collection and it was the only decent place open on Easter. It’s slightly better than Walmart they are getting 1 star. When I went into this GameStop the employee were extremely awkward like they had never seen a gamer before. I went over to the switch section and looked at 2 games labeled “new” I seen on one of them had scratches on the case. I thought that was an easy fix these guys seem nice so I brought up the games and asked if I could get a new case and they said “only if we have one if we don’t you’ll have to deal with it.” I felt like this was a very weird way to deal with it so I asked “isn’t it labeled as new?” And he said “yes the only thing they could offer me was 10% off. Which would have came out to $6 off and I was extremely concerned and said “if there isn’t a new case then I won’t buy it.” Luckily enough there was a new case and I got it. I felt like the guy could have definitely been more understanding on the matter of it being labeled as new."
