"Crew just showed up without calling and opened gait into our fenced in pool area and walked in. Poor communication between staff and owner. Specifically asked staff to test for phosphates and she didn’t which ended up costing us more money in chemicals. Scheduled an apt for a liner they just replaced and to look at other faulty equipment they sold us and it was never written down so they never showed. List goes on and on. If I could give them negative stars I would. Definitely not how I would run a business Check out a complaint made to the BBB by another customer. Told a lady her liner was pulling out cause she didn’t keep her pool in balance. So does that mean I need to check my pool all year, even in the fall and winter when not in use or my liner is going to pull out? No accountability for the work, the products they sell or oversight of staff."
