"RM Tucking looks like a great place to work but the recruiter is an ABSOLUTE liar when I talked to him about Per Diem pay he kept telling lies left and right… Per Diem is an excellent perk to have as a truck driver but the recruiter told me that Per Diem is illegal… that is absolutely false and he needs to educate himself on tax laws and quit making bullshut excuses on the fact that RM Trucking is too lazy to provide their drivers with Per Diem."

"My honest review for drivers out there looking for your next job, I worked here for a full year and I’ve been in trucking for 17 years and I haven’t seen a more solid family owned trucking company like RM, they keep brand new trucks and trailers and washed every week and they have the most important ( consistent and dedicated customers for long time ) that keep you moving even when the market is so bad out there, so if you want stability in your income come to RM, shop mechanics are very meticulously organized with trucks and trailers maintenance, Distpach are very knowledgeable about trucking business so you won’t have any reasons for complaining in any aspect of your job, they take very seriously punctuality with no exception for pick ups and delivery and that’s the reason they have kept their dedicated accounts for so long, so keep that on mind if you are lazy driver."

"It may be a good company to work for but it is sad when a person will just tell you a flat out lies that there trucks doesn’t run Florida that often I have seen at least one of your trucks here and around Ocala Florida three times in the last month it’s sad that you people want even give a person a chance because of their age. But that’s fine you will be old someday too."
