"My wife and I needed a spontaneous ride to Saugatuck in the early evening. Within 10 minutes of texting the pickup address, we had a driver. He and his wife were friendly and they got us to our destination. I would recommend them. The price was reasonable...more than Uber of course, but in the standard range for a taxi service. I would just note that the phone number listed on Google and on my phone was not the number they needed the address sent to, so be sure to confirm the phone number with them. I docked 1 star for that confusion (we lost 20 minutes waiting for nothing since they hadn't received our text), and because they didn't follow my text explaining where we were waiting, so they drove past us and we had to walk a little ways. Both minor points that could be fixed, and overall we still had a good experience. Thanks for the ride!"

"Do not use the service it is a sham there is no meter or nothing. I use sunrise transportation almost every day and they are great. Sunrise charges me $10 +2 dollars for the use of a card Álvarez taxi service charged me $20 cash to go from my house to my work one way, it is a joke do not use the service they will overcharge you and take advantage of you. The only reason I gave them one star is because you pretty much have to give them at least one star I will not and would not recommend using this service for any reason at all , they should not be in business"
"I was last minute & called pretty late in the evening. They were at my location within a few minutes, waited for me to pickup my items then brought me back. The go to taxi for Holland & surrounding areas!"
