"Scammer!!! Dropped my ball off because it chipped while bowling at Chippewa. They told me they would call me when the ball was fixed didn’t hear anything after about 2 weeks I called they told me it wasn’t ready. A few weeks go by keep trying to call can get an answer so I finally go in after it had been about 4 months of getting no where on the phone and then not calling me and they THREW MY BALL AWAY!! told me it was ready about a week after I dropped it off and they threw it away as an “abandoned ball” they told me it was my fault for not coming in sooner and they wouldn’t replace it!! Worst shop ever!"

"Really good, as long as you don't want anything unique about your ball. After measuring and going over my wants, telling them that among other preferences I wanted my thumb hole to be drilled offset. Completely ignored my request and basically made my ball unusable by me. Update. I brought my ball back in thinking maybe they'd fix it. Nope. He told me that if he drilled it there's no way it's off. So I showed him. He then argued with me, told me I'm holding it wrong. Then he came out to my lane, twice to continue arguing with me. Seems to think that because he's been doing it a long time (his words) he couldn't make a mistake. Most unprofessional pro shop I've ever seen. I'll go back to my usual place so if you're looking for pro shop services, I'd suggest parkway"
"Great to work with! We got my son a new ball and it wasn't reacting well for him. Brad's was able to sand/polish it and it worked beautifully! His first time out he raised his score 30+points. Thank you!"
