"Excellent, prompt customer service and also good tire prices! But 3 stars because you need to be wary of prices charged for services outside of tires. I was quoted $100 today to change my cabin air filter. It’s a $20 part that requires undoing three plastic tabs to change. When I declined the service the price was dropped to the “great deal” of $60… I’ll take my non-tire related business elsewhere going forward"

"Update - I purchased the tire protection plan with my tires as well as the year warranty on the tire alignment. I was informed to bring my car in after every oil change for a tire rotation and a checkup. It is very difficult to get in for service during your tire intervals. I have tried now four times to get in during the day at two locations, Miller Rd and St Saginaw and they are always booked or busy. I recall I would have better luck at the Brighton Belle Tire who could always get me on a lunch hour or early morning. Purchased brand new tires from here recently and great professional experience. The sales rep couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me with a product and giving me all the details of each brand. I was able to get in the following day and out before noon. Great service!"

"I would not trust for sales / management person by the name of Noel. He basically decided to overrule what I ordered online and put what he wanted on my vehicle. So what would have been an hour there became 3 hours. My alignment was never done because he screwed around. It took four days to get anyone from Belle Tire Corporate to even pick up a phone. It is time for Belle Tire and a corporate level to start caring about it customers! Personally though I doubt that will happen"

"Each time I was in the lobby the individual I worked with was working on multiple other tasks or phone calls while working with me. Did not make for a very personable experience. Also wheels were left with a considerable amount of a grease or sealant of some sort and tire sidewalls were also coated heavily. I know they are tires that get ran through mud and dirt but it would have been nice to be proud of my new purchase. Service was quick but maybe they should have taken a bit more time to make my "New" tires seem nice and new."
