"The theater is always clean, the concession choices are good and the theaters are never super full. It's refreshing. And their VIP seating is awesome."
"My typical go to movie place is the Imagine, but we had some stuff to do on this side of town so decided to go there. Our movie was scheduled to start at 1pm but ili think it was closer to 1:20 after all the previews and commercials were done playing. How about you start that stuff 10 minutes before the posted showtimes? Seats were pretty comfortable, not as nice as Imagine. Concession choices were pretty meager, but the popcorn sales as very good. Okay experience overall."
"2 stars is generous. You can definitely tell this location was bought out and the owners only care about turning a profit and providing a poor service. Theater chairs were replaced about 5 years about but look to be 10+ years old. Nothing is really ever clean & the employee handling me at the concessions felt the need to finish his text message before finishing my transaction. I get kids being on their phones but wait till there's no customers. Where are the managers? Disappointed to see a great location slide downhill :("
"Extremely unsatisfied. Came in for a ten o’clock movie. Asked what popcorn can get a refill. They said any . So we got a small, thinking we could get a refill. We go back about a half hour later and concession is closed. Eventually find a manager and they said that they could not do anything about it.. meanwhile other people are out there confused with where are the employees at?? No where !! We could not get popcorn and others could not get anything either. Why close concessions when we have movies going and just started? Poor service and awful management I definitely do not recommend not only all that but bathrooms are trashed. I definitely do not recommend this place. Truly awful"
