"We went through the drive thru and the person who handed us our food had snot running out of her nose and into her mouth. It was crusty under the river of snot, so it had been awhile since she addressed this. Needless to say, we didn't eat our food. Throughly disgusted."
"I love Tim Hortons, but this location leaves something to be desired. Every time I go there, something is wrong, or flat out missing, from my order. On an individual basis, it’s not enough to make a stink about (I’m not driving back for a $1 donut they didn’t give me), but the fact that it happens every time has me thinking I won’t go to this location again."
"10/10. Best Tim Horton’s in Clinton Township. Loveeeeeee my Timmy’s fam. Been going here for years and I always get my coffee the same way. Without fail, it’s made correctly. Not only that, but the people are always amazing to interact with. I’m reading all of these other comments & I must say….people, you are going to a fast food restaurant. I get exactly what I want every time and am treated with respect, because I give it to them. If you want fine dining and a luxury coffee, you’re going to have to pay for it. Starbucks is right up the road."
"OK I frequent this Tim Hortons often and enough is enough. The people are kind but their attention detail is horrible. Every day my coffee is made different and I ordered the same way every single time it taste disgusting every single time. Only one person makes it correctly and he’s so busy that he can’t make it every time. I’ve never gone back to get a refund or anything like that but today was the final straw. My coffee was made wrong again with me given instruction on how to make it. My ford order was wrap with no egg l, egg on the wrap, and it did not have the sauce that goes on the whip. I will not go there again."
"Came in at 6:50 friday night and middle aged lady with glasses got a fat attitude with me and told me their dine in room closed in ten minutes. Didn’t wanna eat there so I just left. Tim Horton would be rolling in his grave with this customer service."
