"I came into the store to buy some picture frames and a few items and I went out to my car to put the pictures in the picture frames as soon as I open up the package they were falling apart so I took them back into the store and wanted my money back. And the gentleman says I can't do that I can exchange it which I did because I needed and he tells me the manager says that they will not exchange them anymore that's it. So if you're buying something from their open it up look at it in the store before you buy it because they will not exchange it that's basically what he's telling me. That's almost like going to the pharmacy and your three pills short of your blood pressure pills and that's on you so you better check yourself before you leave the store to make sure everything is correct so sad."
