"Bought a $600 grill from them, had them assemble it and after receiving it found out there was an issue with it. Their response was you need to contact customer service there is nothing we can do. So now I have a new grill that is a month old that I bought to use that has just been sitting because I can't get the part from the manufacturer (Napoleon) yet. Didn't even give me the option to exchange or anything, Boulder's customer service is a waste just like my money on this grill."
"100% unsatisfactory. First 2 time I called (2021) and was put on hold and disconnected. 3rd time I called the person in the service depth asked if they could call back, never heard from them. Today I check their website for hours on Thursday and clearly closed at 6pm. I arrived at the store at 530pm and in store sign shows close at 5pm. 10 out of 10 will never try them again."

"Very helpful & knowledgeable salesman when buying a grill. Price was good also, I bought a new “last year” model for a few hundred less then the current year. Lots of samples as well. It’s much to difficult to buy something like this online. Assembly and delivery cost is only $20 Highly recommend"
