"Not even worth one star. They did not send out installers that knew what they were doing and then when they had to come out to fix the problems they tried to charge me $300.00 saying they did prep work that was not done. Unprofessional, yelled at me on the phone and then hung up and would not answer the phone again. They obviously to not verify the abilities of their installers before they send them out to peoples homes. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. They also installed my friends home at same time and they have already been to her house twice and the problem it still not corrected."

"We had a Congoleum floor installed in June of 2020. This floor required grout; I picked the floor. Between 2020 and 2021 we had Pro Quality flooring out a couple of times to fix some grout and other defects, all done at no charge. Finally in the fall of 2022 I contacted Fred at Pro Quality to tell him the floor tile had developed some defects and sent him photo's. Fred reached out to Congoleum who in turn replaced our floor with another of their products. As this new floor was more expensive, I was only charged the difference in the cost from the original floor and not charged for labor. Thank you Fred for your patience, integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs."

"A few months ago, we had all the carpet in our house pulled and had Mannington Mills flooring installed. The people are great to work with both the store and the installers. However, I would have given them a 5 star rating if it weren't for the fact that we were told there was no flooring left after the install for us to keep. We have had 3 bathrooms tiled, a foyer, a kitchen and a basement, all at 4 different times and not once out of those 4 times have we not had any leftover."

"We were looking to update the flooring in our home with no idea of what we wanted. Our good friend who is a builder recommended Pro Quality Flooring. He had worked with Fred on various jobs and said he is very good at his work and trustworthy. We had no idea if we should go with tile or wood flooring. Fred was extremely patient with us. In the end we decided on wood flooring. Fred guided us on how different colors and textures can hide the dust that is inevitably in your home. We have a cat, so there is fur always floating around. Sample after sample, week after week. I kept going into the store to bring samples home. Fred would haul them out to my car and never complained or pressured me. When we finally decided on the flooring(Engineered Hardwood by Somerset, Hickory Winter Wheat and Stain Master carpet , Mammoth Cave). His team came to our house, ripped out all the old flooring and put in the new. They were professional and respectful. Fred even came out on the last day of installation to inspect. I waited to write the review for awhile to be able to be completely honest not only about the installation but also about the durability of the products. A year later and we couldn't be happier. The wood is gorgeous, the carpet so plush. It was not a cheap project, but you get what you pay for. In this case, the best possible professional experience and amazing products.
