"I’m an out-of-state student at UM, so when my lower retainer came unbonded it was kind of tragic. I went in to SBK and got it fixed, but it broke again after 2 weeks, probably just due to bad luck. I went back in and Chelsea refixed it for no charge and had me in and out in half an hour. Really recommend, saved me a ton of stress and time."

"This place has the most versatile scheduling I have ever seen. I accidentally took my 2 daughters in for adjustments a day early, and they just got me right in anyway! The desk people are fantastic and with so many locations and chairs available you can actually stay on schedule and even get a cup of hot chocolate while you wait. The doctors and assistants are top notch and the financial plans with continued retainer option makes me feel like I know what I’m getting for the money and my kids teeth are secure. I just really love this place, nobody lives up to their reputation, except this place actually does. 100% recommend."
