"Was just in to get some snacks with my kids and the attendant named Heather was actively texting and playing on her phone while checking customers out, being extremely slow bc she was clearly distracted by her phone. I had two impatient kids waiting for their snacks while she is taking her sweet time texting and playing on her phone in between helping each customer and while ringing up items. Incredibly frustrating!"

"I can't get ahold of anyone in thr store.. been calling and it jsut rings and rings. Then I filled out. Contact me forum on thr 711 website and still nothing. They charged my card 2 times and both time thr transaction timed out. So I paid with cash. They still chard my card"
"They have every kind of flavored coffee you can think of...i like traverse city cherry. If one you like is not already out, ask...they will find you a selection and make a pot!"
"Worst convenience store I have ever shopped in not to mention work for. I worked there with no lunch or bathroom breaks given. For little pay but expected a lot of duties to be preformed without help. All task had to be done before leaving even sweeping parking lot. Store prices are very expensive for junk food. I think they could afford to pay their employees alittle better than minimum wage."
