"I just booked a meeting room for a non-profit support group next month. I sent in an application at 10:57 by email, and at 12:04, Trevor had already gotten back to me. That's amazing. Across town, I dropped an application off in person, waited a couple days, then returned in person and was politely told they hadn't had a chance to get to it yet. That's fine. But you can see why I give Grandville 5 STARS."
"I was traveling to visit family in Michigan and also happened to be taking the LSAT that weekend. The workers were lifesavers by allowing my to take the test in one of their private rooms despite not having a library card and them having to make pretty significant accommodations for me! The staff were so friendly, too! Asked me how it went after and were incredibly good at communicating everything myself and the staff that was working that day needed to know before I got there. The library itself is also such a nice space. Small but clean and a comfortable place to spend a few hours in. Overall, I had a lovely experience and wish the best to the library and its staff!"
