"When I first heard about Mid-Michigan gas, I thought I'd give them a try because they are local, and I'm all about trying to help support local businesses. At first, prices were a bit high, but I figured that's the price to pay for having a small local shop. Upon going back a month or so later to pay for my tank rentals, I was informed that I owed for all my tank deposits (which was a few hundred dollars) that I was sure I paid for back when I originally rented the tanks. After almost an hour of arguing and going back and forth, they magically found the transactions where I did, in fact, pay for all my tank deposits. I have heard from a few other local shops of having issuies with them, and they have expressed their frustrations and will not be going back either. Coming from out of state and trying to make it in a small town, that is not how to gain the business of all the locals. I will be returning all my tank rentals and going with a more reputable reliable company from here on out."
